A booking is confirmed only after management approves the selected date/time and receives the agreed advance payment. Verbal inquiries do not reserve a slot.

A booking is confirmed only after management approves the selected date/time and receives the agreed advance payment. Verbal inquiries do not reserve a slot.
All prices are charged in PKR. The remaining balance must be paid before or at check-in according to the agreement made with management.
Guests must use the pool, rooms, lawn, kitchen and parking areas responsibly. Any damage to property, furniture, equipment or facilities may be charged to the client.
Cancellation, refund and rescheduling depend on notice period, event date and management approval. Advance payments may be non-refundable after confirmation.
Children must be supervised near the pool. Guests must follow staff instructions, avoid unsafe behavior and respect the privacy of neighboring properties.
Final package details, inclusions, timings and payment terms should be confirmed through official phone or WhatsApp before arrival.
